1. 1. What data we collect

   At booking: full name, phone, email address, participant count and age mix, pickup point and any notes you choose to provide. If you asked to receive updates and offers, that consent is stored as well.

2. 2. What the data is used for

   Confirming the booking, operational coordination, sending a reminder before the activity, handling enquiries and meeting reporting requirements. Data is not used for purposes unrelated to the booking without explicit consent.

3. 3. Who receives it

   Suppliers who actually perform a service for the booking only (for example the driver-guide), and the infrastructure providers that run the system and email. We do not pass data to third parties for marketing.

4. 4. How long it is kept

   Booking details are kept for as long as required to provide the service and to meet customary requirements in Israel. Data no longer needed is deleted or de-identified.

5. 5. Data security

   Data is stored in secured systems with minimal permissions. Access to booking data is restricted to the business team only.

6. 6. Your rights

   You may contact us at any time to review the data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to updates and marketing. Requests are handled within a reasonable time.

7. 7. Cookies

   The site stores one preferences cookie in your browser — your choice regarding analytics and marketing. It contains no personal identifier and is kept for up to one year. Necessary cookies are required to run and secure the site; analytics and marketing cookies run only if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page, or delete cookies in your browser settings.
