Terms of use and booking
These terms explain the rules for booking and taking part in Dror BaMidbar activities. They apply to every booking, whether made on the site or by phone, and to everyone entering the activity site. · Updated: September 2026

This wording requires review by a lawyer before being relied on legally.
1. Booking and formation of a contract
A booking is received when the form is submitted and is assigned a booking number. It becomes binding once the business confirms it, and places may not be transferred to another person without prior approval.
2. Everyone entering the site pays
At the boarding site every arriving person requires a full ticket, including non-riding companions — due to shade, insurance and occupancy limits. Children under two years of age are exempt from payment.
3. Payment
The price is provided only during booking and is not displayed on the site. Payment is coordinated with the business; online checkout will open later, and until then payment is arranged by phone or on site.
4. Arrival, timing and gear
Please arrive at the agreed time. Lateness may shorten the activity due to the session schedule. Bring a hat, closed shoes, sunscreen and water; boarding gear, shade and cold water are provided by the business.
5. Safety and site rules
Follow the guides’ instructions at all times, do not enter marked-off areas and do not operate equipment without instruction. Minors participate under the responsibility of a parent or adult companion. The business may stop the participation of anyone endangering themselves or others.
6. Food — vegan and kosher
The business is vegan and kosher. Please notify us of allergies or sensitivities in advance. Do not bring non-kosher food onto the site without prior approval.
7. Photography and documentation
During the activity, participants are photographed by the team for documentation and occasionally for promotion. Anyone who prefers not to be photographed should tell the team in advance and will not be photographed.
8. Liability
The business carries personal insurance for activity participants. The business is not responsible for personal property left behind or damaged on site, nor for damage caused by failing to follow the guide’s instructions.
9. Intellectual property
All site content — text, photographs, logo and design — belongs to Dror BaMidbar. It may not be copied or used commercially without written approval.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Southern District.
